The main aim of the project is to reconstruct the sketch of action in Schelling’s late philosophy. This specific conception of action belongs in the same way to the divine action of creation of the world as to human actions. Such a reconstruction schould clarify the theoretical basics of the main practical direction of Schelling‘s philosophy. This new methodical step promises to bring new light to Schelling’s thinking from „On the Essence of Human Freedom“ (1809) forward. Moreover it promises systematical awareness because it seems to show a very original conception of a teleological action-theory when Schelling thinks intention, time, and aim to be very closely connected.
