The aim for the second phase is the extension of the developed material model in such a way that two-scale simulations of complex processes become possible at an acceptable computational effort. For this purpose efficient numerical algorithms and model order reduction techniques shall be used. A more realistic description of the material behavior will be achieved by the extension to finite strains, dislocation density-based crystal plasticity as well as phase-field modeling of grain development. As a result, a detailed analysis of the correlation between loading and modifications is possible and thus, Process Signature components can be identified at both relevant scales, the micro and macro scale.
