This proposal is the fourth application of Heidelberg University within the DFG-program Open Access Publishing. This proposal is for the first time a two year application and shall perpetuate the Open Access publishing fund established at Heidelberg University in 2014 thereby establishing sustainable structures to fund article processing charges in open access journals.
