Project Description

The project aims to understand and compare the dynamics of religious resources in South and Central Asia. Based on the resource concepts and analytical instruments of the SFB 1070, an empirical and theoretical contribution to the topic 'Religious Economics' will be made. In the current phase, the focus is on the resource dynamics of religious (material) things, which are not only used by specific religious institutions and specialists, but are important religious resources for almost all people, belong to daily (survival) life and are determined by the interests of various actors (or stakeholders): rice and wheat.
