The project aims at investigating the formation of specific ResourceComplexes in Southeastern Iran, which have been at the basis of regional and interregional exchange networks since the Bronze Age. The interdisciplinary project unites Archaeology and Cultural Anthropology to explore the interrelatedness of ResourceComplexes, social networks and framing conditions and their relevance for the development of social processes. The studies are located in the region south of Jiroft in the Kerman province of Iran.
