Integrated database for experimental data (INF)

Subject Area Bioinformatics and Theoretical Biology
Term since 2013
Project identifier Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 210879364

Project Description

Project INF provides and maintains the infrastructure for the standardized acquisition and central management of omics data of project areas A and C. INF will develop and apply further software pipelines for (i) support of the analysis of high-throughput data, (ii) storage of these data together with an updated structured experimental description towards an online meta-data format, and (iii) extension of the service for exploratory genome-scale metabolic modeling. All pipelines and web-resources will be kept up-to-date, continuously optimized and in addition, will offer combined gene regulatory and metabolic network analysis.
