Integrated Research Training Group "Molecular mechanisms regulating skin homeostasis" (MGK)

Subject Area Metabolism, Biochemistry and Genetics of Microorganisms
Term from 2013 to 2020
Project identifier Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 73111208

Project Description

The CRC 829 IRTG provides a structured training of the CRC young scientists, offers a broad range of lectures, courses and retreats, and promotes the development of early scientific independence. A PhD student/postdoc committee represents all IRTG members and is significantly engaged in IRTG activities. International exchange within a global skin disease research consortium fosters specific technical training and advanced scientific qualification of the young scientists. A fellowship program integrates very talented medical and natural science students into CRC projects.
