In this project, we will analyze the coordinated regulation of HCV translation and minus strand synthesis in an advanced 3rd generation replicon system at early time points, the possible dimerization of the NS5B replicase in minus strand synthesis initiation, and develop a trans-replication system. Moreover, we will analyse signaling pathway components involved in lnc-ITM2C-1 stimulation by HCV, the molecular mechanisms of the stimulation of GPR55 mRNA expression by lnc-ITM2C-1, and the pathways of suppression of interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs) by GPR55.
