Open Access-Publishing is an alternative to traditional models which raises additional ways to visibility and increases availibility to scientific publications. The Technische Universität Chemnitz commits itself to its Open Access Strategy and wants to support the development. In addition, the university wants to provide an adequate e-infrastructure for its scientists.
