Final Report Abstract
The TIRF/FRAP system has been essential for the successful development of the following projects: Demonstration of the impact of GAR22beta on the regulation of focal adhesion dynamics and directional cell motility. Demonstration of the essential role of the LSP1-mysoin1e bimolecular complex in the regulation of Fcgamma receptor-mediated phagocytosis. Characterization of the impact of surface topography on the differentiation and motility of mesenchymal stem cells. Characterization of the role of SigR1 receptor in the development of autophagy and lipid raft disturbancies in ALS pathology.
