This project concerns the interaction between geometric properties and combinatorial data of polytopes. We are working towards a comprehensive understanding of the interaction in both directions, which give rise to two complementary research strands that are pursued in parallel. Both strands are fueled by concrete results and somewhat surprising insights from the first funding period of this project.
