Applicant
Professor Dr. Sven Schneider
Subject Area

Term
from 2011 to 2015
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 206445449
The mechanism of PNP ruthenium catalysed borane-amine dehydrocoupling will be probed by means of kinetics and stereoselective polyaminoborane synthesis with the goal to establish synthetic pathways towards novel inorganic polymers. These materials will be examined for potential applications in enantioselective hydrogenation of prochiral organic functional groups with polar multiple bonds and the synthesis of ternary III/V semiconductor materials with tailored band gaps.
