To provide excellent training, we employ several measures. Most important are the graduate lectures, specifically designed for the graduate students. The SFB colloquium, the annual workshops, SFB conferences and summer schools keep them informed of international developments and provide platforms to get together and discuss. The block courses on secondary qualifications and technical seminars have seen a strong demand and will be extended. The students have their own Budget that they can use for e.g. visiting conferences. Finally, we also organize lab visits and have a visiting scientist program.
