The P03 platform project enables the economic and highly efficient synthesis of peptides and modified peptides, the production of polyclonal rabbit antibodies and the generation of peptide spot matrices for epitope mapping or protein-protein interaction studies. The success rate of rabbit immunizations in the P03 project is over 80 percent of positive sera. In addition, processing IgG to FAB fragments for further FAB application for patch-clamp application and/or fluorescence microscopy has been successfully established and validated.
