To support publications of open access journal articles by its members in the years 2018/2019, Bielefeld University provides an open access publication fund. Through co-funding by the DFG, the goal is to further strengthen the structures for financing open-access publications at Bielefeld University. From the fund, pay publication fees which arise from the publication of articles in certified open-access journals can be financed. Accompanying organizational, technical and legal measures allow for a reliable service for researchers to publish their research results open access.
