The Integrated Research Training Group (IRTG) aims at supporting and qualifying early career researchers on their way to become excellent members of the scientific community. Furthermore, it aims at providing skills for PhD students within TRR51 that are complementary to their respective research qualifications. In this application phase, the IRTG will be developed further, based on the existing structured PhD program “Environmental sciences and biodiversity”, which is integrated in the graduate school Science & Technology OLTECH at Oldenburg University and the PhD program “Systems Biology” of the graduate school GradTUBS at Braunschweig University.
