It also offers seminars given by German and international visiting researchers as well as courses in rules of good scientific practice, scientific writing, presentation techniques and biostatistics and enables visits to conferences, immunological schools and those to other laboratories. The students are supervised by an advisory thesis committee consisting of three principal investigators and they present their results during annual progress report meetings.
